Executive Reporting

A board pack should show what changed and why, on one page. Getting there is mostly a definitions and data-model problem, and that is the part we build.

Predictive Analytics

We use predictive work where a forecast would change a decision: attrition risk, demand, cost trajectory. Where the data will not support a prediction worth acting on, we say so instead of producing one anyway.

KPI Frameworks

KPI frameworks fail when they end up measuring whatever was easiest to count. We build measure trees from the outcomes the business is governed by down to the things an operational team can genuinely influence.
