What helps us answer well
You do not need to prepare anything. But if you already know the answers, telling us three things makes the first conversation considerably more useful: what decision the analysis needs to support, roughly how large the organisation is, and what data you already hold. If you do not know what data you hold, that is a common and entirely workable starting point.
